We are a Connecticut Medical Assistance Program Provider (Husky Health of CT) for your Urgent Care needs. Anthem BC/BS, United HealthCare and United Healthcare Integrated Services will be accepted for primary care with Dr. Stocki.

When your family physician is unavailable, our well-trained staff can diagnose and treat the majority of out-patient problems. Upon your request we will forward a copy of the visit to your family physician to maintain continuity of your care.
